PAKISTAN’S FIRST AND LARGEST IT CITY CBD NSIT CITY NEARS MAJOR DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES

 


The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), is rapidly advancing development work on Pakistan’s first and largest IT city, CBD NSIT City, envisioned as a state-of-the-art hub for technology, innovation and investment.

Chief Executive Officer CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, visited CBD NSIT City to review the ongoing development activities and assess the pace of work at different sites of the landmark project. During the visit, he was accompanied by Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Construction Asif Babar, Project Manager CBD NSIT City Yasir Saifullah, along with senior officials of CBD Punjab, NESPAK representatives and contractor teams.

During the inspection, CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, reviewed the development work being carried out at the main entrance of CBD NSIT City as well as the tile installation work at the Public Realm area. Officials briefed the CEO CBD Punjab, regarding the progress, timelines and quality standards being maintained at the project site.

CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin, expressed satisfaction over the pace and quality of work, directing all relevant teams to maintain construction standards and ensure timely completion of the project. He emphasized that CBD NSIT City will play a transformative role in strengthening Punjab’s IT ecosystem and attracting local and international investment.

Speaking on the occasion, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin stated, “CBD NSIT City is a flagship initiative that reflects our vision of creating a modern, technology-driven urban center for Pakistan. We are committed to delivering world-class infrastructure that will support innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth in Punjab.”

The development of CBD NSIT City continues at a fast pace, reinforcing CBD Punjab’s commitment to building future-ready infrastructure and positioning Lahore as a leading regional technology destination.
